Return and Replacement Policy


Returns can be accepted within 14 days after receiving the order. Your return within Germany is free when you use our return label. In case of loss, please contact our customer support.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover costs for returns from abroad. However, please include a completed return form with your package to ensure prompt processing.

Important: If we send you the return label, you have 7 days to return the product (i.e., physically drop it off at the office that delivered it to you – usually Hermes Germany – or send it by post). If you exceed this deadline, you will not be eligible for a refund, and the return will be canceled.


A direct replacement is unfortunately not possible. We cannot automatically offset items. Therefore, please reorder your item in the correct size in the online shop. Simply return your first order, and we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your return.

Your Right of Withdrawal for Your Order

You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period for an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the delivered product.

We will refund you no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such a refund.

Only items at regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Refund Policies for SEPA Direct Debit Orders

We would like to inform you that for orders made via SEPA Direct Debit, our store cannot make a direct refund. In this case, we ask you to contact your bank to arrange for the refund, as there is a potential risk of a double refund, which would result in a loss of double the order amount.

Our goal is to respond to your refund requests as quickly as possible. For this reason, we will contact you by email and phone within 10 days of the date you expressed your refund request. We usually give a 10-day period before deducting the payment to allow you to take the necessary steps with your bank.

Please note that after this 10-day period, if you have not requested a refund from your bank, we will deduct the payment, and the refund will become invalid. In this case, we ask you to place a new order for the value of your first order.
